Full mentoring programme

The mentorship programme is for coaches and managers who are wanting to improve and develop their skills. This programme includes:
An initial meeting with Brett to discuss the team you currently coach/manage your aspirations for your role as a coach/manager and develop your football philosophy.
The programme will last for 4 weeks and costs £200.
Throughout the programme, we will discuss various types of coaching methods, player interaction, and how technology can be used to improve game play.
Each week Brett will talk through your training sessions with you, will discuss how the training went and to produce session plans together.
Week 1 – Brett will observe you in your training session with the team to see how you work and possible areas for improvement.
Week 2 – Brett will discuss the feedback on Microsoft teams, highlighting what the coach is good at and areas to improve. Then we dive into the different coaching behaviours of a coach and how to create an environment for the team and individuals.
Weeks 3&4 – In these weeks we identify the 4 corners, session design, identifying individuals and setting targets for IDPs.
Game day support is available for an additional £40 per game.
